AREA RUGS
DESERVE THEIR OWN
PROCESS.
Wool, oriental, synthetic, jute — every rug fiber behaves differently in water and heat. We pick up your rug, clean it off-site with the RF™ process matched to its fiber, dry it flat and completely, and deliver it back. No residue, no shrinkage, no dye bleed.
THE MISTAKES THAT
RUIN AREA RUGS
In-Home Cleaning With a Wand
A carpet wand can't flush soil out from deep in a rug's foundation, and it soaks the backing without a way to fully dry it — a common cause of browning, delamination, and mildew.
One Process for Every Rug
Wool, silk, jute, sisal, and synthetic fibers each react differently to water, heat, and pH. Treating them all the same risks bleeding dyes, shrinking natural fibers, or crushing pile permanently.
Skipping the Dust Extraction Step
Rugs trap far more embedded dry soil than wall-to-wall carpet. Washing before that soil is fully flushed out just turns it into mud inside the fibers.
Rushed Drying
A rug that isn't fully and evenly dried — foundation included — is exactly how mildew, odor, and dye bleed happen days after the cleaning looked fine.
The RF™ Way: Off-Site, Fiber-Specific Cleaning
Every rug is inspected for fiber and dye stability, dust-extracted, washed with a fiber-appropriate RF™ process, and fully dried flat before it comes back to your home — residue-free.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED
What's included in the $75 starting price?
RF™ cleaning for your first rug up to a standard area rug size, plus free pickup from your home and delivery back when it's done. Larger rugs, heavily soiled rugs, and specialty fibers (silk, antique, hand-knotted) are quoted after inspection.
Is it safe for wool, oriental, and antique rugs?
Yes — every rug is inspected for fiber type, dye stability, and construction before any cleaning begins. Wool, silk, oriental, and hand-knotted rugs get a gentler, fiber-appropriate process than synthetic rugs.
Why do you clean rugs off-site instead of in my home?
Rugs need to be fully flushed of embedded dust, washed, and dried flat and evenly — including the backing — to avoid browning, mildew, or dye bleed. That level of drying control isn't possible with an in-home wand cleaning.
How long does it take to get my rug back?
Most rugs are cleaned and returned within 3–5 business days of pickup, depending on size, fiber type, and drying time. We'll give you an estimated timeline at pickup.
Do you offer pickup and delivery everywhere you serve?
Yes — free pickup and delivery is included across our full 33+ city Maryland and Delaware Eastern Shore service area.
Can you get rid of pet odor and stains?
In most cases yes. Our RF™ process includes enzyme odor treatment on request, and we'll always assess a stain before cleaning and let you know realistically what to expect.
